Extended Stay America Select Suites- Tampa - Airport - Memorial Hwy.

Not the nicest hotel in the world but met all of our needs for a family of 3! Can’t beat the convenience of location. The price allowed us to save money. Staff really makes this place shine though. Will return.

My stay at Extended Stay America - Tampa - Airport - Memorial Hwy was exceptional, largely thanks to Maryann, the outstanding General Manager. Her warm, proactive leadership ensures a welcoming atmosphere, with quick resolutions to any guest concerns. The hotel itself is clean, pet-friendly, and ideal for extended stays with spacious rooms and full kitchens. Maryanne’s attentive staff, including Porsha and Mary, deliver top-notch service, making this a standout choice near Tampa International Airport. Highly recommend it

The room was a good size and I liked that they had laundry on site. Housekeeping was great about giving towels and stuff like that whenever we needed them. The hotel was nice and quiet, not rowdy and loud despite it being the beginning of spring break. We went through booking.com and needed to extend our stay and the site was no help however Mary and Maryann at the front desk were super nice and helpful and extened our stay at the same rate. I also witnessed them helping a little girl who got lost and was shaking and in tears but they helped her calm down and brought her to her room. They also go above and beyond cleaning up messes that inconsiderate people left. I've stayed at many hotels and have had front desk be less than friendly so dealing with Mary and Maryann helped relieve lot's of stress and made our stay pretty stress free. So thank you ladies for being so awesome and friendly and going above and beyond

My stay here and currently still here has been nothing but amazing from staff to my room! BOTH Sara’s and Mrs Porsha as well as Mrs Mary too can’t forget her are just truly amazing and they care for their guests and their pets!

I was very happy with my stay at the memorial hwy location. I moved to Tampa from Houston and needed a furnished place to start while I decided what area I wanted to permanently relocate to. The room had everything I needed including a full kitchen with a stove and oven. There was also a living room area with a fold out couch and coffee table and a leather recliner. The highlight of this location would definitely be the staff. Everyone here is very friendly. Anytime I passed by the front desk I could stay and talk for 15 minutes without even noticing. Porsche and Mary were always nice and greeted me with a smile. If I ever needed something I knew either of them would go out of their way to help. The general manager, Mary Anne, was at the location working everyday and also very nice and easy to approach the few times I had a question or concern. Even the housecleaning crew were always willing to help if I needed anything from them. The real problem with this location is that it feels like home at this point. I came here to stay for a month or two while I located a home. I have everything I need and the staff are more like friends at this point. It’s reasonably priced especially when you consider it’s all bills paid and it’s only 3 minutes from the Tampa international airport where I work. At this point I might just stay long term.

Not the newest hotel in the world but you can tell the staff is trying their best and they are super nice! Very affordable and really close to the airport. The location is quiet and safe for a big city.
